SHIPPING & RETURNS
Over the last few years, we have built excellent co-operation with the reliable, globally operating courier companies TNT and UPS. These companies deliver the shipment to your doorstep anywhere in the world in 2–3 days, but in some cases, in up to 7 working days. Each shipment has its unique tracking number, which allows keeping track of the shipped graphics made by Decallab MX Graphics.
We offer free delivery if you buy 3 Decallab MX graphics sets.
Decallab MX Graphics is not responsible for any customs handling fees, duties or taxes that result from importing merchandise to your country. Please check with your local customs agency for details regarding possible duties or taxes on your order. DecalLab MX Graphics is not responsible for failure to deliver packages due to non-payment of customs fees, handling fees, duties or taxes.
You may return defective products within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Any defective products must first be returned to Workshop Graphics at the buyers expense where it will be inspected and refunded or a new item sent out. Any product being returned must be in as new condition. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible. This process can take up to 10 working days once we receive the defective product. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Once decals are applied, absolutely NO refunds can be made.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on any custom printed products for any reason other than production flaws. Please make sure you double check your order form before placing your order as it will be printed with the exact color choices, race number, spelling and logos that you specified. Once your order is printed no changes can be made.
